Customer pickup
Customers can pick up most items on Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, or Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm. All items need to be returned by Monday anytime from 8 am to 5 pm. Items not returned within the designated time frame are subject to additional fees. If you are picking up large items such as bounce houses, a truck or trailer is needed.

Delivery
Delivery is available for an additional fee, minimum $120. Deliveries are typically scheduled for Friday and pickups on Monday. The delivery area includes all of Hampton Roads and its surrounding areas.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A valid Virginia ID or Military ID is required for all rentals. Card payments only, no cash rentals. The card holder must be present.
All items need to be returned in the same condition they were rented in, cleaning or damage fees will be charged on all items not returned in the same condition they were rented in.
All items not returned on time will be subject to a late fee.
We are not responsible for the loading or unloading of your vehicle, we will attempt to help the best we can but are not responsible for any damage.
